Can I bring my own equipment or gear?Yes, you're welcome to bring your own equipment or gear, including life jackets, waterskis, kneeboards, wakeboards, hydrofoils, and tubes. Alternatively, we also offer rentals for these items for your convenience.

What safety measures are in place for renters?Your safety is our top priority. We provide thorough instructions on watercraft operation and safety guidelines before each rental. Additionally, all renters are required to wear life jackets, and we enforce strict adherence to boating regulations and safety protocols.

Do you offer delivery or pickup services for rentals?Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services for our watercraft rentals. For those renting at Silver Lake, enjoy complimentary drop-off and pick-up. For all other locations, our delivery and pick-up fee is just $75.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made between 8-14 days will be fully refunded, less the deposit. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or less from the reservation date. Please note that the full rental amount is due at the time of delivery.

Are there any age or experience requirements for renting a watercraft?Renters must be of legal age and possess a valid driver's license. Additionally, boaters operating gas-powered vessels should ideally have a boater's safety certificate. This certificate is also recommended for those with limited boating experience.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my rental?If the chance of rain is at or above 50% on your rental day, we will fully refund your rental fees. Please notify us of any weather-related cancellations before delivery or pickup is scheduled.

Does the boat come with a full tank of fuel?Yes, each boat rental comes with a complimentary full tank of fuel. However, after that, the customer is responsible for refueling the boat and returning it with a full tank.
