Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services for our watercraft rentals. For those renting at Silver Lake, enjoy complimentary drop-off and pick-up. For all other locations, our delivery and pick-up fee is just $75.

Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made between 8-14 days will be fully refunded, less the deposit. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or less from the reservation date. Please note that the full rental amount is due at the time of delivery. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable.

Renters must be of legal age and possess a valid driver's license. Additionally, boaters operating gas-powered vessels should ideally have a boater's safety certificate. This certificate is also recommended for those with limited boating experience.

If the chance of rain is at or above 50% on your rental day, we will fully refund your rental fees. Please notify us of any weather-related cancellations before delivery or pickup is scheduled. We prioritize your safety and comfort.

Yes, each boat rental comes with a complimentary full tank of fuel. However, after that, the customer is responsible for refueling the boat and returning it with a full tank. Fuel charges may apply if the boat is not returned with a full tank.
