Policies
Cancellations made 15 or more days out from the reservation will result in a full refund of deposit less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations between 8-14 days will be fully refunded less your deposit. No refunds for any cancellations 7 days or less from the reservation. Full amount of rental is due at the time of delivery. NO REFUNDS will otherwise be offered.
Cancellation Policy
If the chance of rain is at or above 50% on your rental day, we will fully refund your rental fees. When making this call please refer to www.weather.com and search zip code 49684. Bad weather cancellations must be called out before delivery or pickup is made. We will help accommodate you to another lake or switch to a different day if necessary.
Weather-Related Cancellations
All persons under 30 years should have a boater safety certificate in possession to operate gas-powered vessels if possible. To get certified, visit Boat Ed. This is also recommended for those with little to no boating experience.
Boater Safety Certificate
No alcohol or drug usage while renting. Renters must have a valid driver's license. Must respect all boat and waterway laws and follow common courtesy to other people out on the water.
Rules and Regulations
Blue Dream Rentals LLC offers no insurance coverage on equipment during your rental. Please check with your homeowner, auto, or credit card company to see if there is an insurance option available to you. Please keep in mind, full payment of damage cost is required upfront for any and all damage, regardless of if insurance will pay or reimburse the damage cost.
Insurance
If the boat is not returned in clean condition when rented, a cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed. Renters should be mindful not to bring color-dyed foods such as Cheetos that can damage the pontoon seat finishes. New bathing suits need to be washed before use since they will dye vinyl boat seats. Other items that could cause cleaning fees are candy, excessive drink spills, human fluids, chips, suntan lotion, etc.
Cleaning
By booking your rental with Blue Dream Rentals LLC, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file in the amount of $750.00 per piece of equipment as a damage deposit. In the event of damage, this deposit will be applied immediately, with any adjustments made based on our assessment of actual or probable damage costs. Renters are responsible for any and all losses and damages to Blue Dream Rentals LLC equipment while in their care.
